Each year, we receive many requests for donations and support from a wide variety of organisations and individuals and unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we can’t assist everyone.
This policy has been established to address all requests on a case by case basis. Each request will be carefully assessed to determine if it meets Bayswater Vehicle Group sponsorship, marketing and community objectives. In addition, budgetary constraints limit the number of opportunities that we can undertake.
Bayswater Vehicle Group seeks to act as good corporate citizens at all times and have undertaken small and large-scale contributions and sponsorships as part of their partnership with the community, however as requests have continued to increase in significant numbers, it has become necessary to establish a system in which to receive and process all applications.
We recognise the important role we play as a member of the community and support selected activities and organisations that benefit the community in which we operate. Activities and organisations are supported through working in partnership with the broader community within in the Hawkes Bay region.
Applications close on these dates at which point all sponsorship applications will be reviewed and evaluated at the next meeting of the Bayswater Vehicle Group Management team.
